    Food non-event.
Last month a friend visited from Miami. He boarded a bus at the Hilton and headed for the Food Fair put on by the tourism board in Toco. When they got there the food was not ready and all they had to serve was fish broth. People were charging $5.00 for a cup with ice! The hungry Minister had a first hand experience about how not to sell tourism via the culinary delights of T&T.
