When was the last time you watched a child learning to walk? They take a few steps and fall. The get up and try again. They do not seem to care how awkward they appear, whether or not they are laughed at, or how many time they fall. It is funny that those who know how to walk are always afraid to fall?

A new life begins when a part of life ends. Lifetime relationships are a bit more difficult to let go of. When a parent, child or spouse is involved, the wounds are very deep. When you are facing a separation of the end of a lifetime relationship, the key to find the lesson; love the person anyway; move on and put what you have learned to use in other relationships.

I honour my needs by letting the other half (wife) know what they are. Once we let our partners know what we need, we must accept/respect their honest answer as to whether or not they can meet those needs.

When I remain focused on the end, the details are handled. The key is if you would stay or remain focused, all of those frightening little details would miraculously be taken care of. Before you know it, you would be exactly where you say, you want to be.

There is nothing more infuriating than being the presence of some one who makes a racial slur. As hard as it may be, the best response is no response. In the silence of your comment, the sting of the words is sure to hit home.

When we are following the wrong teaching or philosophy. Life does not seem to come together, observing the same people saying and doing the same thing. Get back to basics? Open our minds? Try something new? Well, we will never know unbtil we try. I am willing to make a change.

Always plan your days to be filled with peace, your moments to joyous, your hours to be productive, your life to be an experience of growth. And when you know where you are going, the world will clear a path for for you. I plan to be that I am

Many people of colour believe the are lacking in something. We are led to believe that if we dress well, have a home, car, a few pieces of jewelery we have enough to matter. It does not wok! In order for people of colour to thrive rather than survive, we must collectively and individually get rid of the stuff and get to the core - what does it really feel like to be a person of colour?

The moment you find someone you can really talk to, it can help you grow in so many ways. Today I will talk about what I feel.

Finding the beginning to a new relationship can be difficult. We are told it is not good to carry past relationships into the current ones. Without shame, without blame, we must look at what happened and know it does not have to happen again.

My willingness to grow is my demand for power. Have you noticed how long hard times seem to last? What looks bad today can be a blessing tomorrow. Challenges come so that we can grow and be prepared for things , and if necessary, to let go, we are seeking or demanding our power be returned.

A mistake, an error, a poor choice, or bad decision does not equal 'there is something wrong with me'. I simply means you are on your way to being better. We make them because we are human.
