    Default Diesel Engines

I own a GMC Sierra Duramax Diesel!!! I am running an Edge programmer!!! I also make biodiesel which I use in a 20% mixture with regular diesel!! I also run propane and nitrous!! A diesel engine is the definition of versatility!!!

A diesel engine is just broken in at 100,000 miles!!! Buying a diesel with that much mileage is well worth it!!

Maribunta, you still doing bio diesel.
I was in the middle of research when I put my bio diesel project on hold because of the drop in the price of oil. I still enjoying a price of 2.19 per gallon. We buy in NJ. But the price of oil is going up again, not good.

Still continuing to revise and refine my process!!! Finding a reliable source of free waste vegetable oil is a major hurdle!!! That is where the savings would come from!!!

Biodiesel is the wave of the future!!!!!! You could also run a diesel generator to recharge the hybrid/electric cars!!!!!

Now running 100% biodiesel in the heart of winter!!!! Was doing a 50/50 mix but dat was smoking like crazy!!! Just have to plug up the engine block heater for freezing days or it wont start/rough start!!! The water in fuel sensor tripped this morning but I think that was false!!!! Running good with some smoke......when she opens up on the highway no smoke......stop and go driving more smoke!!!!! It is all worth it in the end.....$1.00 US per gallon homemade biodiesel vs $3.50-$4.50 diesel at the pump!!!
