I'm finally giving it attention and yet the leaves are 'burning'.
What's the problem?
..I seriously don't care..

I shall be glad to hear from you, since questions have have always interested me; questions, not
debates - I have given those up long ago. Life itself is a quotation.
'browning' (not burning) of leaves, is either due to drying out for prolonged periods, irregular overwatering/drying cycles or most commonly, the chlorine & fluorine in tap water.
It is in direct sunlight from morning until around 3pm. Is that a problem?
It may need thinning out but I have another single one that's experiencing the same problem.
Based on what u all have said, here's d plan:
use non chlorinated water
use less water (maybe every other day?)
threaten to through it overboard?
..I seriously don't care..
amzz
so how was the plant doing before u start to give it attention?![]()

You said "use less water (maybe every other day?)"
Are you watering the plant every day? If so reminds me of "too much care killed the cat".

over-watering causes yellowing of leaves; under-watering causes browning of leaves. A general rule of thumb.
see, this is why I cant mind plants
allyuh say that is too much water now allyuh saying is not enough![]()

It's like everything else in life - you have to find that golden mean- not too much/not too little. Like the tree bears- mudda, fadda & baby. Good luck!

Letric: NoI am not an expert I 'tune in.' That is what Amzz needs to do and it seems she has done just that.
She has recognized that the leaves are browing, than start thinking/asking questions.
What is the name of the plant?
