finely mince your garlic wid ah sharp knife instead of using a garlic press.....

using ah garlic press (especially one made of aluminum) set de essential oils free and oxidisation immediately sets in which makes the taste bitter instead of garlicky

if you want your eggs to look pristine and white, use clarified butter (ghee).
because ghee doesnt burn as fast as regular butter, it does not get that brown tinge which usually transfers to the eggs when you cook it with regular butter

A snack-able tool for the next time you are making a crepe cake and you need something with which to apply the ghee to the crepe pan. Cut a small potato in half and stick a fork into the uncut end of one of the halves. With your new kitchen tool, dip the cut end into ghee and apply to crepe pan.

When yuh done wid yuh crepes, cut up an fry de aloo in some ghee for ah small snack.
