Andre White is only 20 years. He took Ad Lib to the championship when he was just 17 years old.

He would bring his favorite drummer - Sheldon Thwaites, a graduate of Berklee School of Music in Boston, with him to Despers.

He would also bring the kind of showmanship that has caused Silver Stars and All Stars to win the last few panoramas.

The competition has taken a turn that involves a lot of las Vegas and Disney type of props and presentations.

Fellas like Robbie, Beverly and Zanda from the old school, rely on this slow, rhythmic, and sweet type of music that does not evoke a lot of crowd reaction. Like it or not, crowd reaction has a lot of influence on the judging.

Andre White will bring a lot of youthful dynamism to Despers.

This is a good choice, and I look forward to great things from him, although he ran last with Sforzata in the medium bands last year.

Duvon Stewart is another young arranger that will bring some much needed "oomph" to Renegades.

Ah want All Stars win ....... again..... Daz fer meh late friend

..... Even though I is ah Silver Stars fan

..... Meh fren who was a life long All Stars fan (and usta go home fer Panoramna every year)....died just months before they won last year panorama (he was only 62 when he died)

... Ah want dem win again fer meh boy.....cus ah cudda swear I see him ....pushing pan on stage fer dem last year..... like he usta do.

Anyone know as yet what Despers playing?? I hope this young arranger can make magic with Despers, I would be very happy for them, best of luck with this change, Despers will always be the greatest pan side in T&T for me
