    I'm not sure what point you are making.
    Is it that it would be better to go straight for both Trinidad and Tobago?
    Is it that it would be better to go for Trinidad and not Tobago?

    The suggestion about Tobago revolves around the similarity in size and geography to Barbados - the subject of the thread.
    The simple suggestion being that if Barbados can do it, then surely we can do it in Tobago.
    Subsequently, after the experience with Tobago, we would be better positioned to work out Trinidad.

    As said, it could work. It's just a matter of placing sufficient access points.
