No one wakes up one day with the developed breasts of a female. That takes time, years even for girls and transexuals who've had some assistance. Yes I was aware that men can get breast cancer. There should be a greater awareness to this after all everyone has nipples and males breasts aren't developed as that of an adult female but they are there.
