Default Well done steaks /bugers are prostate-cancer risk

Well done burgers were amongst the most dangerous meats - doubling the odds
of aggressive cancer.. Beware, you have been warned. Being a vegetarian such
pleas do not apply to me.

There is very strong evidence that both red and processed meats
increase risks of bowel cancer, which is one of the most common
types of cancer in the UK, and this s why people should limit
consumption of red meat to 500g per week, cooked weight, and
    avoid eating processed meat.

Burgers well done - cancer causing
Burgers not too well done - said to still have bacteria.

    no win situation?

eat the bun and dressing only?

I had a burger today and realised it has been years since I last ate one. In the last 5 years I have had 4, 2 of which were cooked at a barbeque party and camp. I guess they don't appeal to me and its a lot if I manage red meat once a month as it is. I think my tastes has just grown away from this without any concious thought. I did eat bacon this week which is processed meat. I rarely buy it but I can get some at work. Everything can cause problems if you have too much of it. I'm not eating any half cooked or raw meat or fish.
