      Default Time for tea ...

One of the biggest health mantras of the twenty-first century has been drinking
water and lots of it. But this advice is now being disputed. So where did the
diuretic myth come from? And mineral water? A family doctor told me, there no
difference between bottled water and tap water. So, now that is straight, any
      one for a cuppa?

I shall be glad to hear from you, since questions have have always interested me; questions, not
debates - I have given those up long ago. Life itself is a quotation.

well, i dont quite know if to use the word 'disputed' unless there is solid evidence that contradicts the traditional claims.
(some of these claims can be found here: http://www.mangosteen-natural-remedi...ing-water.html)
I think the main concern would be dehydration (due to the insufficient consumption of water of course).
Too much water can lead to water-intoxication and over-dilution of salts in the body.

And mineral water? A family doctor told me, there no difference between bottled water and tap water.
the doc is right, depending on your location. of course we would expect botled water to contain a lot less bacteria, antigens etc.... I was told that drinking tap water also helps to develop the immune system.

So, now that is straight, any one for a cuppa?
Almost any tea is good for its antioxidants. I prefer ice-tea, especially oolong and green tea, both of which i use to help increase my metabolism.

I wanted to ask God for a bike, but I know God doesn't work that way. So I stole a bike and asked for forgiveness.

I have a reverse osmosis filter for the past 26 years and I am so used to the neutral taste that I can't stomach tap water now.
