Input and output. That is what it is about.
Often when talking about weight loss, the focus is on INPUT, but you can never gain weight is you output as much as you input. It's simple common sense.
Watch what you input and when it's time to output, go dump it while you still can!!
Stuff goes out due to a buildup of GAS PRESSURE. That pressure will seep out slowly if you don't dump the toxic waste blocking it, so go dump.
Buildup of that toxic waste in the colon is kind of like a chain reactioin; once the pipes are getting blocked up a bit, more and more stuff tends to get backed up behind it.
WATER. Drinking water is important, to keep FLUSHING out your pipes. Now that alone might seem mechanical, but pay attention to WATER in particular; drinking lots of fluids will produce the mechanical effect, but biochemically, you put stress on other systems if you input lots of fluids with stuff in it that your body otherwise has to separate and clean out. So drink WATER. The WATER is the MEDIUM in which the biochemistry can do what it's supposed to do. Merely drinking water alone regularly, often produces immediate and observable results for many people .
