excess are sold or frozen for later consumption. ah also have ah fruit orchard, chickens for eggs and used tuh have ah whole lot of grapes (used tuh be in de wine business)

ah small village founded by de romans. we have always had ah population of less than ah thousand. main source of income is wine. clean air, great views, no crime, very neighbourly and self suffecient....

Your soil looks so loamy. Oh I wish I had that kind of soil, I have the HARD deadpan clay. When it is dry it is like concrete without exaggeration. As an example it took me 2 days to dig out a section 3 feet by 3 feet, mix good stuff and back fill nice and high.

Extremely fortunate, any children... (not trying to be invasive, but such a life style with a family is a blessing)

it took years of hard work tuh get my soil de way it is now, years of mixing sand and compost into the topsoil, turning it twice ah year over wid ah spade. ah been in dis gyarden now 24 yrs and someone has had it before me.......
