Private hospitals

So I have decided to use a private hospital to have my baby. Question is doh, which one is d best? U all have any ideas? I am leaning towards Medical Associates. Anybody ever went there? Would appreciate any insight, thanks much.

I wouldn't recommend Medical Associates. One of my close friends had a baby there, the doctor was not coming and she actually had the baby on her own (the baby basically was already in the bed!) Then the doctor came quickly and tried to fix the whole thing...and YES, she payed him the full fee. If it was me, I wouldn't have paid him a cent!

Anyhow, I can recommend St. Augustine Private Hospital and West Shore Medical. Keep in mind though that you can only deliver where your doctor works.

Time to get a new doctor! Wanted to go St augustine private, but my general practiioner referred me to this doc in medical associates. Will still check out st augustine private. Thank's Chica and Vaio.

St. Augustine Private...they are really nice, both my nieces were born there and my sister said they were the best! Very friendly staff, they make u feel really comfortable.

To much nonsense goin on in the public hospitals for a while now - perfect example is the woman who recently died in sando general.

St. Augustine Private...they are really nice, both my nieces were born there and my sister said they were the best! Very friendly staff, they make u feel really comfortable.

I am not sure if that is still the case now but lemme tell you, i prefer to die in the private hospital than go public because at least the staff will be nice to me in my last moments than the public hospital where they might bawl me up into dying fast

sola, about 13years my niece died at Sando because the nurse/doctors told my SIL that she was not ready to have the baby. Long story short - she delivered on the bed, got bawl up for doing so (like she coulda control it) and the baby died some days later

I does tell people, if i fall dong on the road doh carry me to the public hospital leave me right there on the road!
