Just came out of monitoring by CBTT after NCB/WB merger and doing fairly well...
Hmmm...lots of suitors come calling but I don't think that GORTT is ready to marry her off yet but floating sounds good...

I doubt. FCB is supposed to be of 'strategic importance' tuh de Government or should I say "members of Government". Ah hear dem bigwigs does take loan in FCB and get it write off:

Hmmm...a written off loan does not cease to exist but merely removed from the org's balance sheet though I think that the org would generally make provisions for some of their loans going bad.
One of the risks in lending is that of default so that the orgs try to manage it as much as they can...

Wade mark was referring to a loan to Saith to buy South land Mall 20-30 years ago-just before the collapse of the banks.
The loans were amalgamated into something call the Unicorn Fund or something like that.
FCBs underwriting is fairly strict.
