People cyar lime in bars again in the night, so the robbery and kill specialists ent hah no wuk.

Perhaps some of the hit men get lock up.

Members of gangs cannot go hunting for members of other gangs in the night.

No parties, so people cyar get away with each other and kill each other.

No cars travelling fuh man tuh hijack and kill the owners when they put up resistance.

The same thing happened in 1970 and 1990.

So that was to be expected.

It ain't rocket science.

So is it the cure for the problem?

Who is being affected more, the Elements or the Citizens

The SoE and curfew is not a cure for the problem.

I supported, and still support, an SoE to bring crime under control, to show these so called little imps who run things, to show them that they cannot hold the country to hostage like that.

When the curfew is lifted I believe that things may take a little while to heat up again. However, the TTPS has to take the bull by the horns and stop these little imps from getting out of the starting blocks.

Some citizens are very much affected by the SoE and curfew.

Maccs, my support for the SoE is based on how it was successfully used back in 1970 to stop a noble movement that some folks were misusing to destabilize the country.

The TTPS, who seemed to be playing the numbers game like the PP, is misusing this SoE.

They are acting as collective "warrant men", because slack warrant officers, operating in a slack warrant execution system, did not do their jobs over a number of years.

Back in 1970, we had good intelligence on the fellas that wanted to mashup the country. They were arrested before the SoE was announced.

The TTPS is just grabbing up people like hops bread, and trying tuh tie them up like market crabs.

I thought that these fools would have had good intelligence and know who to lock up.

When I see the much respected Sahadeo Singh lead a posse to lock up the fellas on Nelson Street, the next day after the SoE was announced, ah hold mih head and bawl, then ah hold it tighter and hoped that they know what they was doing.

SoE to say---lawd fadder---on the recommendation of the INSECURITY SERVICES-- the same people with whom the PP had to NEGOTIATE the curfew hours---who apparently can only deal with crime by denying the citizens of the country their rights---of course there is always the argument that the criminals do not care about anybody rights and denying we the opportunity to go out late at night--when the reality completely contradicts that assertion.
