      Default Haskap berries

We need to eat more unprocessed foods. I have noticed that if I eat veggies with dinner I do not feel so hungry at night & my snacking has reduced. This is a break through for me and I feel much better and may have lost a few pounds.

I have also heard about the Haskap berry. I am going to try to find some plants and hopefully they grow. I'll add pics if I find the plants.

TRINI123:I planted 2 varieties last year. One is growing real nicely the other is trying. The blooms this year might have been hit by frost. Ah doe mine as the bushes need to spend their energy growing roots and branches.
