meh, the multiculturalism as advocated by Sat and co isn't about being neutral. They have a particular vision of how the culture in Trinidad should be.. and now they are working towards it with a government ministry and tax payer dollars.
It doesn't matter if I agree with that vision or not.. the government is not the place for this sort of advocacy.
