Sola, it takes a lot from me to file a complaint about anyone, and I have been chastized for not doing so. I usually go the self resolution route first .. If during the resolution I was shown I was wrong .. I will apologize without hesitation ... that is my nature.

However, If or when I file a complaint there will be nothing to apologize for as it will be done not out of anger, but out of failure to resolve, and all I ask for is intervention for a resolution.

I have applied that to both personal and cyber as I have long come to realize that a whole lot of one's personality traits are exhibited in cyberspace.
