ANybody into Yoga here ? What kind of Yoga are you into, and what is your main reason for doing Yoga ?

i do yoga on the wii and its wonderful!! i do it to stay in shape :)

Bikram Yoga which has helped improve my flexing abilities, detoxify my body and burn some major calories. All stretching in Bikram yoga is done in a hot room.

Cool, ebony ... I don't know what type of Yoga I will end up getting into, but I know it will not involve a Wii.

^ same thing that is wrong with every other Wii game, it is not nearly as good as the real thing.;)

A few years ago I did some Hatha yoga and Iyengar. I did try a little Ashtanga yoga but that proved to be a bit too much for me.
