Black pudden/blood sausage

I get hooked up with a Trini who does make this every two weeks and deliver to yr house right here in Queens, and with pepper sauce to. I ordered 2 lbs. It is delicious and taste just like what I use to get in Tdad. But in my house is me alone will be eating this so naturally I am concerned about the health consequences of eating 2 lbs of pudden. Anybody know what ingrediants go into this other than blood of course.

PS I woulda post a pic of the black pudden eh but I feel plenty people would come and tell me they now understand why I like it so much.

Actually, I ate it many times as a child as well. I could eat it but just a bit. Definitely not two pounds. :eek::eek:rofl

Chica, is not that I will set down and eat 2lbs in one shot, I will be eating that over a period of a week, but is still 2lbs in one week. And I anticipat I will be getting a next 2lbs in the next two weeks.

Doh put you goat mout on me eh, the last time a man tell me that I put on 5llbs, all because he didnot come and get his cake when I tell him to, so I ate it.
Anyway, this pudding tasting so good you could actually sit down with a plate of it and finish it out without the hops.
I already arrange with the guy to drop some off everytime he makes it. Now I wondering if it will be healthy to eat this so regularly.

Poser, let me explain before you tink I greedy, Guy done alluding to that.
Someone made the contact for me and did the ordering. It was 2 lbs and no one else would eat it. That means that I would be eating it during the week. Daiz why I asking if it healthy. It is very delicious and it expensive to, so I doh want to waste it.

Well the 2lbs done, and I alone ate it. No one else touched the ting. I had it with bread, with roti and by itself and it was very delicious. It was a welcome change for breakfast.
