Alot of us have inherited the genetic tendancy to build up cholestrol and doctors want to pump us full of medicine to control it. Is there any one out there who have had success in controling or lowing your cholesterol by natural means?
Me personally, I have a tendancy to build up extra good cholesterol. So this question is for all of us and our children.
Thanks for your contributions.

Natural way of lowering cholesterol is proper diet (http://www.lipisite.com/articles/low-cholesterol-cooking.html), but it is hard. What helped me was Lipitor (http://www.lipisite.com).

Health is a precious thing, and the only one, in
truth, which deserves what we employ in its
pursuit not only time, sweat, trouble, and
worldly goods, but even life ... As far as I am
concerned, no road that would lead us to health
is either arduous or expensive,.

lol ^^^ lol

Natural way as Stuartanstis said is to change what and how we eat, but for most people, they never stick to it and just end up taking medication since it appears to be easier.

Try Oatmeal for breakfast. I hated it when I first tried it, but it's now a regular part of my diet.
I combine dates and apricots with it every morning.
