What is this: application/x-httpd-php

I trying to open a website and I keep getting this.
You have chosen to open
which is - application/x-httpd-php
And the website would not open.
Anybody know how to reslove this.

You cannot solve this. The web designer screwed up a configuration file on his server. Email the webmaster of this site and let him know that you are getting this error and they will correct it.

Thks for the input. The problem was not mine it was something about transfering the host.
