Fast Food

Have you ever eating a take away or any kinda fast food and think...yum..this is great, lets eat here again. It's never happened to me....fast food most times, leaves me feelin queasy and semi hungry in less than an hour.
What have been your best and worst fast food experiences....lets ponder..shall we... :)

I've eatten something called Chow Kai Kow and I liked it a lot. But only at this one particular place.
Its mixed vegetables with pieces of chicken.

Here in the US competition is so intense in everything even in fast food so if you buy take out or eat in the restaurant the quality and quantity have to be excess. Otherwise the restaurant or food chain could lose money which could mean trouble for their employees. So yes, takeouts and eat-in is always satisfying.

There's a KFC here in Grenada... :|

The stuff is a hell of alot more greasy than the Trinidadian version. I ate a "snack box" there once, and I felt so horrible that I swore off KFC for a whole year (and, yes, I did stick to that). The "Zinger" sandwich they have is decent though (except for the sparse lettuce, and green tomatoes).

There's a nice grill place in the SpiceLand mall though (right smack dab in the tourist belt, for anyone planning to visit). For about $22EC (~$50TT), I can get a nice grill chicken or fish lunch, with all sorts of provisions, rice, steamed ochros/bodi/pumpkin. Good, healthy fast food, but expensive.

Yes. I like(d) the Popeyes in Movietowne when it first opened up so I ate there a few times. I had their spicy chicken in Trincity Mall and got completely turned off from the spice in t he chicken.

I just had Long John Silvers in Windsor, Arima. My girlfriend and I had their fish and battered shrimp.

LJS food is good for the first ten minutes but the heavy batter gets to u. The shrimp is GOOD. I will go back but I will just buy a little bit the next time.

KFC in Tunapuna does sth different with their chicken - too many a trini goes there or else I would dig in more often.

here there are tonnes of fish n chip shops or kebab shops...they are always super greasy and if there is salad in the kebab then its always soggy or horrid lettuce.
the chinese take aways are even worse......gloopy guck! Dont let me start on the indian take aways...always a layer of oil on top the curry!

Hey I enjoy the Indian take away here once in a while...........Bombay Grill is the best. The best KFC is in Trinidad......likewise the worst is Canadian KFC .....that I discovered long long time once yuh try it there is no eating that crap again. West Indian take out ..........well that's a soap opera by itself. all in all...take away is full of grease, too salty and very unhealthy. That's why I have too cook all the time.

Kfc canada in mississauga kinda alright and you get all dem other kinda condiments.

I don't like tgif food. Their cocktail drinks I cud handle though.

in NB i loved it lol, and u get nice honey mustard up there, I don't get that home here - nothing cud beat local spicy kfc tho...
