Rowley robbed

Briefcase, valuables taken

Wednesday, October 3rd 2007

THIEVES targeted Housing Minister Dr Keith Rowley's vehicle on Monday night, making off with a briefcase, a cellular phone, airline tickets and other valuables.

Police said that the theft occurred around 7 p.m. while the vehicle, a black Kia SUV, was parked outside his constituency office along the Western Main Road, Glencoe.

Four Roads police, who are investigating, were unable to say how the thieves managed to enter the vehicle.

The Diego Martin West MP in the meanwhile appealed to residents of Glencoe and Point Cumana to be on the lookout for the brown leather briefcase which he said contained a number of important documents.

PC Dominic of the Four Roads Police Station is continuing investigations.

Why compare ourselves with situations that are worse off than us instead of trying to aspire to be better like Sweden and Canada?

Acid, come on man.....you really think we could be like Sweden and Canada....yuh dealin with ah set of people who have no sense at all. The mentality of a trinidadian is not one of progression....they just want to sit back and enjoy all the wealth and never sweat one day in this life for bread.

That is an overexaggeration to say that we go get worse than Haiti....if Trinidad ever reach that stage, I might be dead and long gone before that happen. Whether I wining my arse or not, I just don't want to see Panday back in Parliment. Panday must go....Panday must go....Panday must go.......Panday must go...
