My best friend does get vex with me becos some1 did something to me and police were almost involved etc but I does still talk to the person a lil yes and no etc becos we in the same office sometimes. But he thinks I shud hate this person and never talk to him again. I cant keep hate. I tried but it takes to much effort. I just moved on and dont let tht hate grow in me.

actually earlier this year when i thought i had reached my lowest point....... the thing that got me through all of this was having ppl to talk to - my hubby, mil, fil, parents etc.....knowing that those ppl care and are there for you really helps.....sometimes its just the knowing......

the alcohol only helps temporarily.....then when it wears off...you can get really depressed....so scorps...don't listen to sheppy or sola.....them only want you to drink... ;)

you have to find your own coping mechanism. not holding hate is a good one. me, i shut everyone out, come to terms with it within myself and move on. that's for big stuff. for the samll things, dont let it fret yuh cause you cant worry about every little thing that happen ppl does go mad so.

I guess if it involves other people and their emotions about the issue, some emotional intelligence is needed to ensure egos are not crushed or feelings wounded.

Making light of a bad situation can be insensitive to those that are involved, especially if they feel responsible.
Also timing is key... yuh doh walk into yuh fren mudder funeral late an say..boy ah sorry fuh yuh loss...but u see dat traffic out dey...is enuff to kill someone... a lil forethought would have probably saved his friend from bursting into uncontrollable spasms of sobbing after a line like that...

remaining positive is what i recommend...and alcohol.....lots and lots of alcohol..









disclaimer...alcohol will not solve your problems, and may lead to questionable casual sexual encounters, next day regret, and you may be banned from some families houses and 1 or 2 bars....everything in moderation people...

Dealing with problems can take all forms but it surely identifies u as the person u are in the way u deal with them.

I personally i get the thought into my head that it could be worse so I blessed that it isnt and I determined to learn and move on from there. hurt on not..i am one determined little poppet. :roll:
