I came accross this word while reading Kevin Baldeosingh today. I swear if I had heard anybody using this in a conversation I would think it was a Trini word made up with a Trini meaning, read that to mean "totological"
Anybody ever came accross this word or had to use it or have any concept of its meaning. I find the word is appropriate in the political board, and it also sounds like a good word for picong.
The word means repetition of an idea using differnt words but which does not clarify the idea, instead it just adds more confusion to the idea.
