Marketing management in Trinidad

Are there many avenues in marketing management in the country? In areas such as marketing communications, marketing research, marketing strategy, services marketing, etc.?

Well i guess in trinidad the mass production is localised to the Trinidad and Tobag market, so you can be sure that you are reaching your target audience.
The concept generally are relevant from concerning to marketing point of view.

Albeit on a smaller scale than a larger country, I suspect that there are most of the facets you list, in T&T. But to me, much of what this kind of "intellectual masturbation" produces is a pointless waste of time and money.

Marketing of practical value to optimise sales of products and services, is few and far between.

Many with "marketing" in their job description, as with many in "advertising", have no real understanding of the criteria for efficiently generating measurable results in either area.

To me, after 30 years in business, marketing, - real practical, effective marketing is absolutely key.

Yet so many I have encountered in that field, in that time, just don't "get it".

A teacher of mine had a notice on his desk "Do that which works, rather than that which is delightful to contemplate".
