... Cafe Trinidad in Chicago?
My sister-in-law and her family are planning to go and try some authentic Trini food so I'd like to give her a heads-up on this place. Their website looks very good and the menu terrific.

I think if you cook some food for she that may prove to be more 'authentic' than some water down restaurant, send them to Devon street to try some authentic Hindustani foods nah :o)

I can vouch for Hindustani food, that is where my family is originally from, some still live there :)

Thank you I needed that joke. Fried dumplin Ha ha Would it have been better to have said "fried protien ball" As it is made out of a ground bean, mixed with ah lill flour to hold it, salt and ah pinch of baking powder
