The wedding took place at a Hindu temple in Tamil Nadu state. The "bride" wore an orange sari with a flower garland and was fed a bun to celebrate.

I heard about this story. He did it to atone for abuse he perpetrated to a couple dogs in his youth. I dont think its a question of bestiality. The marriage is merely symbolic.
