The NBA sucks and Knicks looking stink these days. Now, they lost an $11.6 million dollar lawsuit. How long will it be before Dolan decides to fire Isiah Thomas. That man making the Knicks look like a disgrace.

I would love Phil Jackson to coach the Knicks but in order for him to come over to New York, Isiah Thomas has to ride out and PJ must have a stake on whom he decides to coach.

Janelle, how much yuh wanna bet either Marion or Kobe or maybe both of them end up in a Knicks uniform....New York have money to burn eh.....and ah dun already know, one day.....it might take some time again....PJ will certainly end up in New York.....the team that made him into a basketball player.

Rumours swirling that Kobe Bryant might be traded to the Eastern Conference very soon....possibly the Bulls, Knicks or Washington...Only those three teams in the mix so far.

NBA was never the same when Jordan left the game. It is he who really put basketball on the global front. Not to forget guys like Julius Erving with his fro demonstrating mad skills on the court and Wilt Chamberlin who was practically the best centre to ever play the game.
To be honest with you, I miss them days when MJ and Pippen was with the Bulls, Barkely was with the Suns, Malone with the Jazz, Shaq with the Lakers and Kemp up in Seattle real dunking up on people head. Dem days it use to have some really good games to watch on the television....Chicago at New York with Patrick Ewing.....lol....now the NBA have its many controversies and it have the really strong teams and the really weak ones...but this is due to all the trades which took place and the really good players teaming up with each other to try to win it all....all them trades really spoiled the NBA in my opinion.

Don't be fooled. Dolan is the real problem. He has mismanaged the Knicks for many years and it has shown in the win/loss column. Isiah and all the other coaches are all scape goats for his nonsense. Only an idiot would approve a $100 million contract for Allan Houston. Only an idiot would fire Larry Brown, one of the winningest coaches in the history of the NBA, after a fall out with Stephon "Me First" Marbury. Only an idiot would not be able to attract a quality free agent to one of most lucrative markets in the NBA. Dolan is the problem.

How long has Dolan been with the Knicks? Isn't his father the real owner of the team?

Janelle, I doh agree with them green beans in Boston fading out anytime soon. Ah really doh see them winning it all, they'll definitely have to go through the tough western conference teams like San Antonio, Phoenix and Dallas but I see Boston Celtics reaching as far as conference finals possibly NBA Finals but winning it all, nah I doh agree there....but to say Boston fading out by All Star Break....I highly doubt that.
Knicks on the other hand have some serious management issues. Unless and until the issues are addressed, that team aint going anywhere.

Will somebody let me know if there is any hope for the Knicks.....everytime they loose I does feel hurt.....I fine Patrick Ewing should go on age regeneration business, come out of retirement and head back to New York to play his centre position for the Knicks.....man he was a good centre even though he got no rings to show for it.....neither an MVP award too.....I think New York needs a coach like Phil Jackson and a new point guard. Their roster aint all that bad on paper though but it is quite clear from the way they play their games, there are chemistry problems. Isiah Thomas maybe not able to help or improve the situation at all.

Well, it's been a while since this thread has seen some action, and a lot of things has happened to spark some more conversation! First the trades: Marion to Miami (great for Miami if Marion decides to ride out the losing season and give it a real go in the future) and Shaq to Phoenix. This trade hurts Phoenix because I am not sure Shaq could last the rest of the season, much less the playoffs, although he has been looking real good in some games. Cleveland definitely upgraded when they got Ben Wallace for the whole Cleveland bench!
My team is the Detroit Pistons and I love when they fly below the radar with no one talking about them. I am gonna say it here first! The Pistons can win this thing this year and Maxiel, Stuckey, Dixon and Affalo will become household names!! 8-)
