Hey hey!! Not a bad performance. From the minute Glen hit the crossbar flashes of El Salvador ran threw my mind and then I was sure we were going to lose.

Positives we broke down the USA only once in this game via team work only for Glen to shoot wide instead of making the pass to edwards which I am certain would not have missed an open net.

But when you play good teams chances will be few, and you have to take those chances. Today we saw the depht of this USA team, they defend solid if they have to and hit you when you settle for less against them.
Tnt stopped playing smart in the second half and got carried away with the half chances upfront and got caught out of position. Players in defense must be able to shift roles because FOOTBALL is a team game.

Very dissapointed with Glen, Noel and especailly Jones that I continue to see walking when the other team has the ball. Its a team game.

Overall, USA showed how much hard work, time and commitment pays off when you play as a team. I honestly know to myself the better team won tonight and we are no shape to be in SA10 really, but look out the under 20s may be what tnt really needs.

Jones remind me of Yorke in United days, great for club but sad to watch for country. Nuff said.
Latas got outplayed, Bradley was one step ahead of him all the way until the very bitter end but there was positives but still alot of room, for instance USA knows what strat to use when they are ahead and when they trail or when they are 0-0.
Make these guys a team and we will win football matches and stop relying on foreign based players who have very little desire to get results and play as a team.

USA and Dempsey in particular played the game at training ground pace. Dempsey didn't look like he wanted to be out there, listless performance from a player who is capable of much better. Jllyod is a good player but I wouldn't go so far as to call him 'pure class', he can't make Bolton's starting line up after all.
