Heard that there's a case to be decided shortly on the position of drug testing in sports in relation to an athlete's human rights. Anybody know the name of the case? I'm very interested in hearing what the arguements are. I know in the states there is case law that suggests that pre-employment drug testing is discrimanatory and illegal. I wonder if its arguments along these lines. Doesnt make sense to me though.
