Congratulations to the COP on a successful election campaign. As a relatively new party, still in its formative stage, you have performed admirably. The UNC has been condemned to opposition where they belong; second place is first loser. The next step for the COP is to leapfrog into government in 2012....doubt that the UNC will be existing at that point in time. Anand Ramlogan summed it up beautifully; the older heads stuck with the older party.

Well looks like the COP proved what we said all along
A VOTE FOR COP IS A VOTE FOR THE PNM.
Take PNM for another 5 years

The corpse is gone, they have no say in the parliament. People who voted COP in the marginals will consider it a 'quick leave of the senses' and regret it. But the lesson we have learned people, do not pull this crap again.

My sentiments exactly! COP will be better prepared and the new mantra for the new voters will be change, change ,change.....just like the pnm mantra for their young supporters....."we like to win... we voting PNM"
A VOTE FOR COP IS A VOTE FOR THE PNM.

Utter nonsence!!1 Rather a vote for freedom, dignity, wellfare! Keep it up COP!! The nation need you!!
Keep the faith..the COP may not have won any seats..but they did get a substantial amount of votes...and i am confident that the COP is here to stay...
