decolgen forte

a friend recommended this to me.

this morning i had a cold. or the beginnings of one. i popped two decolgen forte tablets and now the cold is gone.

i've searched online for information about this product, but what i've found is very minimalist.

is anyone familiar with this drug? effectiveness, side-effects etc?

eat healthy and continue your gym...what's with all the supplements, meds, herbs and shakes?

well i still get sick. and this really seems to work. but i don't know enough about it...

If you're getting sick often its either you are not eating healthy or you're constantly in touch with people who are sick. Plenty Vitamin C, healthy food and hand sanitizer after shaking hands!
