Just back from polling division 1605 with my stained finger. Seems to be a high turn out on this end about 60 people in the line just after 6am.

apparently voter turn out is high in a lot of places. friends i have spoken to who went to vote early found averages of between 40 to 100 people lined up already.

A low voter turnout in the E/W corridor is always a benefit the PNM.

remember there are those like me who will be leaving work early today and then going to vote...

well yeah after turnouts on saturday and last minute frenzied campaigning, i expect high voter turn out.
that's never good for an incumbent government

Right so ah went and put meh X by d circles :D

My station along the Diego Martin Main Road was very empty. It was a small station to begin with though. The Crystal Stream Govt Primary station however when I passed had a small traffic jam trying to get in with real crowd inside and cars park up all on the pavement and grass. Looking like a high turnout.

Sirius let's hope there is a very high turnout .. the higher the turnout the better for the COP in those areas.

voted at around 8.00 this morning in Tunapuna constituency I was number 89.Went and put in my two social work for COP up by Tunapuna Pres. While there a young man whose name was on our list as well as the PNM list went to vote and was told by the EBC people that his name not on their list...also heard the same story from a lady .This sounding very pecukiar...the same complaints were heard last time around. The young man said he would return later because he has to go pick up his mother and bring her to vote.Up in puna the turn out slow for now hopefully it will pick up later.
