..... I was wondering what sports forum members actively take part in, or in the case of old fogeys like Flaco, what sports they used to actively take part in ?
Mine are : Tennis, Sailing, (Indoor) Soccer and Squash - in that order of frequency.

I have played organized Basketball & Football until my early 20s.
I also ran 100m (not among the best), did triple jump (best in my age group in early teens) and shot put (near the top of my age group in early teens).
I also played a lot of pickup baseball, softball and volleyball as a youth.
Coached girls football from when my daughter was 10 until she was 18 (nine seasons). Haven't done much in last 2 years except talk about it.
