Thanks for the kind welcome. It was carnival here on Monday and Tuesday. Playing it safe.
The calypso Monarch competition had 5 judges and two were flown in from T & T to judge the event. Yuh know the people ain't pleased with the results...

Butter in Antigua describes your complexion. Just a difference in the lingo. Rasta guy in the gym calls me "butter". Most Antiguans are of African descent. I (like most Trini's) am a mixture of different races so they call the light brown complexion - BUTTER. Hence the name, but far from the butter that you eat !

I think I am going to enjoy this forum. Been digging into the receipes/food section. Love Trini food.
