I had stewed ochro. It was good.
I also make ochro-dhal soup, which is dhal our style with a small young ochroes dorp in 5 mins before dhal is done. It is eaten with a slice of healthy bread. It is a super food.

Stew just like if you stewing chicken. I did it once and it was good.
Ebbs, our style means just how we Trinis make dhal, with tumeric, geera etc.

No, but my nani, nana, ajee, tantie all dried it before frying. I stewed it by accident which evolved into a curiosity and then something delicious.
