knows about this World Football Challenge?.........Its being played at Pasadena,California,where
its 3 hours behind Florida and Trinidad time.

Yes its a friendly pre-season tournament, doesn't count for much other than coaches getting a feel for what their first choice team would look like ahead of the new season, when the real business starts. And of course these clubs are marketing their club brand in America where interest in the game is growing.

Okay,Falcon.....I (sigh) will........Anyway score was 2-0 Chelsea,.....Drogba scored with a
bullet kick from about 35 meters out and Lampard scored on a penalty kick...all in the first half.
In the second half Chelsea just "toyed" with Inter Milan....just so to "run down the clock"
AC Milan vs Club America tonight on ESPN 2 from 7-9pm in Atlanta,GA.

Scorpio,Fifa.com does give good info........but up here I have 5 channels that have football,
most of the time as WC 2010 coming,2 channels is 24/7........

It was strange that Bob Bradley allowed his 1st team squad to go back to their clubs and play a 2nd string team in this tournament.

Carlos Vela and Giovanni Dos Santos were running circles around the US defense in the 2nd half.

I agree Acid......that Giovanni Dos Santos #17 is going to go far as a professional footballer.That game that
the USA has to play in Mexico is a "must see" game.Chelsea of course won the World Football Challenge
Trophy.....beating Inter-Milan,AC Milan and Club America-a Mexican Club....
