In Toronto, coliform bacteria in vendor's food

For one vendor, bacteria count was 3,000 where limit in guideline is 10. That is 300 times the limit!!! Vendor claims he sanitizes every night. Maybe he should stop "sanitizing" with water from de toilet. :D
