Anyone here did one in Tdad or knows someone who has?
It can either be through UWI or one of those distance learning programmes.
How was ur experience and what would u recommend?
I am doing some investigations for a friend.

i know the Heriott Watt MBA offered by SBDC, tuition for the core modules is pretty good but the modules are self learning so you don't have to go to classes but it is recommended. The electives don't have classes so u use the modules and do it on your own. The prices keep going up so its pretty expensive. SBCS don't give you much problems and if you do get any problems u can always complain to robin :)

Thanks Vaio.

I forgot to add one thing - is accounting one of the core course in the MBA? Is it mandatory?

yep it is a core unless u can get an exemption. You need to apply for the exemption before you start and they only give 1 exemption. Its nine papers for the general MBA and eleven for a specialized MBA.

A co-worker of mine was studying for an MBA, and he said it included subjects like economics, financial accounting, and even Spanish language classes.

He was doing his at Arthur Lok Jack, but i haven't studied one so have no personal experience of it.

Well, need to apply for the exemption before you star.
