To all supporters of the UNC Alliance and The COP in Trinidad and Tobago. We only have one political enemy that is the PNM. During ones lifetime numerous errors are made great wars have been fought by great leaders and brave warriors eventually ending in peace. Men have exchanged harsh words, feelings have been hurt, hearts have been broken. So what ? Trinidad and Tobago future is far more important than any One or Two or Ten Thousand ego's to sacrifice I appeal to the Hon.Basdeo Panday and the Hon. Winston Dookeran put your differences aside and think about our people our future our country it is in your hands.

It is Bas and RLM have the PNM in power today .RLM even went further and gave Manning photos of Bas Kensington Apt to Manning .
Do you really feel the new found love between Bas and RLM will last .
If Bas rides out into the setting sun and RLM can curb his naked political ambition there will be unity.
But unity just for the sake of winning an election makes no sense .
See if you could talk some sense into Bas .

When Trinidadians will vote issues not race , I will give it serious consideration .

I think you're glossing over those differences too quickly. What the UNC-COP fight has shown is that there is a MAJOR culture and identity clash within the Indian community. the only way to even dream of a stable union would be to create adequate mechanisms to allow full discussion and the means to achieve a consensus. As well as a committment to tolerance and a recognition that people have a right to disagree. ie Lloyd Best's old dream of a "Court of Policy" within the NAR.

The problem is "Doctah politicas" to quote Llod Best. Neither Manning nor Panday is prepared to allow that disagreement and debate and vote and settle and abide by the decisions made policy. It must be my way or the highway. We have all seen them in action.
These arethe changes that will unify the country and produce a great nation.
