?Queen’s Hall, St Ann’s is expected to erupt with laughter when the Crazy Catholic, Errol Fabien, George Gonzalez and Peter Kelly unleash their kung fu skills in Enter the Dragon—Jokers in the Shaolin Temple. This is the first local Chinese/Kung Fu play from the mind of the Crazy Catholic who introduced Bollywood theatre, Fairy Tales and Clean Comedy Shows to mainstream audiences in T&T.

Enter the Dragon is directed by the Crazy Catholic and features a 25-member cast. Errol Fabien plays Jet Li, Peter Kelly is Bruce Lee, Crazy Catholic is Jackie Chan, George Gonzalez is Kung Fu Panda, Dese Simon is Silver Fox, Sensational Shelly plays Crouching Tigress plus Bolo, Drunken Master, Monk, Jim Kelly, Ninja and many more exciting and colourful characters from Chinese folk lore will light up the stage. The storyline includes the transformation of these four well loved comics into the legends of Kung Fu as they try to save T&T from an assembly of villains and major evil. Patrons can expect the unexpected and prepare to laugh at the antics of the characters and the many twists during the show.

Patrons who recently attended the Alternative Comedy Festival got a sample of the play and responded with non-stop laughter. This production is part of the 25th anniversary celebrations of the Crazy Catholic who started doing comedy in 1984. It also marks the return of Peter Kelly to the national stage for the first time in six years. The play opens on March 26 at 8.30 pm, with a special offer of two persons on one ticket for $150, and continues for five days.

Showtimes are 8 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with matinees on March 28-30. Costumes and set design are by Cindy Rodriguez; lighting by Celia Wells; sound effects by Dese Simon; sound by Giselle Serrette; story by Shy Sheldon; and the entire shebang is produced by D C Shell Theatre which also brought you Grease, Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast and Robin Hood.
