is digicel down?

hey anyone with a digicel phone unable to make/receive calls? this might be a first for digicel .. usually its bmobile that dis go down..on my blackberry (as well as a couple other people at work by me) the phone is saying SOS instead of edge & i cant make or receive calls on it. when i go into the mobile network settings i see TSTT as the network instead (so i guess i can only make emergency calls instead)

if not maybe its just my area (San Juan) ?

well MY phone as well as the phones of some other people at MY workplace wasn't working for a while... (all digicel) at one point i got 1 bar with digicel for a few seconds & managed to call my bmobile phone briefly.. seconds later: SOS mode again (we have blackberries & on a corporate digicel plan) and no calls would go out or in. I guess that a digicel cell tower in San Juan (by the highway) was down for a while and i happened to pick up a remote tower for a few seconds only

at the moment im getting the usual 4-5 bars.. anyway u would only know if u have a digicel phone and was in this or another affected area, as was about 2 or 3 other posters here (so far).. no need for any NEWS reports to confirm if we can confirm with our DIGICEL phones!
