Dinner - Irish-stew

Challa with butter and jelly..wash down with milk......and coffee....... for breakfast
snack on yogurt and carrot sticks
honey wheat bread with lettuce, tomatoe and cheese ....washed down with OJ .....for lunch
snack on peanut butter and celery sticks
lentils, fry tomatoes, boiled plantain and whole wheat sada roti ....wash down with tea......for dinner.
Drink two liters of water for the day
breakfast was pumkin an sada roti...
so far...nuttin 4 lunch...but ah have a sudden craving for peas pelau

Dinner – 3 slices bread with two slices Canadian back bacon
