Security T&T style. Considering what the Swedish couple lost, she should consider herself lucky....... and just not go back to T&T.

I like all of y'all words of wisdom to Lateefah.

Paris Hilton has claimed she may know the identity of the hooded bandit who robbed her Sherman Oaks, Calif. home last week.
“I think whoever did this, definitely has been there before,” Hilton told E! News. “We have some suspects that I’m thinking of.”
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, a burglar made off with around $2 million in jewelry and other items from Hilton's home last Friday.
And please don't tell Paris that she should keep dem Tobagonians out of her house.
Lord...Lord....Lord.....sometimes ah does wonder about some ah we Trinis. Some ah we feel that everbody else ***** smell sweeter dan we own.
I feel that Manning should fire all them Chinese from building all them tall buildings in Trinidad.
With de next setta tall buildings, he should just hire dem Trinis who feel dat they living large in America and Canada.
Let them build one big arse Complex downtown....and call it The Inferior.

Not sure what yuh getting at with the Paris Hilton story. That incident happen at her home but this happened to Queen Latifah in Tobago which is why i said it was a blow to tourism in Tobago. Regardless of the type of person Latifah is, she was robbed and unfortunately it happened while she was on holiday in Tobago. She is a public figure, people recognize her around the world and i don't need to tell you what it does to the reputation of Tobago as a tourist destination when people hear she was robbed there. It could have been her own friends who rob she ass and i couldn't care less if that was the case but the fact remains that it happened in Tobago.

Actually, the latest story is that the Queen wasn't ripped off, it was someone in her entourage.
Someone in her entourage getting ripped off wouldn't make the news as Latifah would.

Are you banishing her from TOBAGO, or are you saying that common sense would dictate that she should not return to TOBAGO ? There are are lots of people (myself included) who would not vacation in TOBAGO.

What happened to Queen Latifah is shameful, but if alyuh had any idea how many (and which) celebrities stay secretly in Tobago every year, we might be able to discuss this with more of an informed perspective. Only reason yall even hearing about her is because of the robbery. Some A-Listers even own homes in Tobago which they loan out to others.

Maybe so. But this is the first case recently of a big Hollywood star getting robbed. Due to her note, this would spread around the world.
The Swedish murders were obviously bad, but nevertheless they weren't internationally known stars. I wouldn't be surprised at all if persons around the world now thought "Queen Latifah got she tings teefed? eh eh! Best cross Tobago of the holiday list for next year nah"
And besides tourism and maybe small scale agriculture, what industry has Tobago got? The island was a paradise, and now this? such is life, i guess.
Maybe so. But this is the first case recently of a big Hollywood star getting robbed.
In Tobago. Celebrities are frequently robbed all over the world, athletes are always getting their stuff stolen at airports of even the most developed countries.
And lo and behold, she wasn't even robbed. It was a member of her entourage.
This is a tiny story on the internet. $10,000 from a entourage member is squat compared to millions stolen from an actual celebrity. And guess what: Nobody's changing their mind about moving to or visiting Sherman Oaks because of it.
It should serve as a warning to the Tobago tourism industry of what could go wrong, but it's not even close to the doom and gloom yall want to portray it as.

Developed countries don't rely as much on tourism as Tobago does. A few thousand less tourists to London, Paris or New York wouldn't seriously hurt the UK, French or US economies.
At the end of the year when Tobago's tourism industry is reeling because of this incident, we'll recall that statement.

Queen Latifah and her entourage left Tobago yesterday on a Delta Airlines flight around 9 a.m.after she vowed to return, despite the robbery that put a damper on her holiday.
The rapper, singer, model and actress said: "Tobago is a beautiful island and I had a wonderful time,"
Queen Latifah, real name Dana Elaine Owens, was in high spirits at the Crown Point International Airport, and held no bitterness over the incident. Instead she vowed to try her best to return for the annual staging of the Plymouth Jazz Festival.
Latifah said she was treated "nicely" by the staff at Stone Haven Villas. She even partied on more than one occasion at the Shade Night Club in Bon Accord.
