New T&T Pasport

So they said ( and we thanked Indira for that communication in the last forum) it would be ready for distribution in foreign land March 1st, 2007. That date came and went. Are you aware that T&T's consulates are NOT equiped to issue new passports to it's citizens in foreign land?

I would like to hear more about this....what's going on with TT passports and what's the problem?

Well they are attaching the holder's photo on to an extention letter which they will stamp, then attach it to the expired passport.....and it's valid until 2009.....Hopefully they'll be equiped then. Go figure!

All they did to mine was put a stamp until 'Dec 09' on the renewals page...........

please they can't een give new passports to ppl here how will they do it for those abroad? i think they need to get their act together asap

Received new foreign pp today........techno... state of the art.......brilliantly water marked and coded... techno techno.....yuh tink TT can't take a hint from those pages.............they copy everything else.
