Radio Sai Global Harmony is a radio station located at Prashanti Nilayam, India. It can be heard on the Internet twenty four hours a day on AsiaStream, AfriStream and AmeriStream. The programs have an international and interfaith flavor and are very inspiring and informative. They can lead to personal and spirtual development. The 4 a.m. early morning music, chants and prayers can soothe the soul, starting from the early morning awakenig throughout the day and night and bring about meditative and calming moods. They are most precious as they reach out for soul searching. They relate to all cultures and religions. The nightly talks around 9 p.m. EST by experienced devotees are very inspiring.

As you may know by now, to commemorate Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba's 83rd Birthday, a grand sacrifice "Sahashra Chandra Darshanam Yagnam Mahotsavam" would be performed in His Divine Presence for three days from November 15, till November 17, 2008.

We, at Radio Sai, are committed to keep you connected to the spiritual epicentre of the universe through this historic period.
In this connection, we are pleased to inform you that by the grace of Bhagavan Baba, the Prashanti Digital Studio has made special arrangements for devotees all over the world to virtually witness this mammoth effort towards world peace via video summaries of the proceedings on our website http://www.radiosai.org.
When you log on to our home page, you will find a special message and a video-window. Currently, you can watch a 2-minute trailer offering you glimpses of the preparations currently underway for this glorious event.
In this space, we intend to present everyday a 60 - 90 minute video summary of the day's formal ceremonies and prayers that would take place in the special enclosure set up in the Vidya Giri Stadium starting from November 15. This video service would be available for viewing from 5 p.m. (Indian Standard Time) or 11.30 a.m. GMT.
Each day's programme would be available for viewing for 23 hours. For example, the proceedings of November 15th can be seen from 5 p.m. (India time) that day till 4 p.m. of November 16th. After this, it will be replaced by the highlights of November 16th and so on till November 17th. In this way, you will be able to witness the sacred ceremonies and highlights of this grand and sacred sacrifice in the comfort of your homes. Please note that you will need a broadband connection to view this video stream seamlessly.

If you have never been to Puttaparthi, listening to Radio Sai Global Harmony will bring you close to the very thought and experience of being at Puttarpathi. It feels like a most liberating experience just to listen to Radio Sai Global harmony and to watch the Youtubes coming out from there.
Radio Sai Global Harmony brings memories of my boyhood days when I would get up early in the morning to turn on to Radio India on our battery operated radio, looking for Indian music. I mostly found South Indian classical music and instrumental music which I now enjoy on Radio Sai Global Harmony. Oh, the mysteries of life after so many years.
Everyday there are talks by former students and associates of Swami's university at Prashanti Nilayam. The stories/accounts of students are incredible. They tell about personal in-depth experiences with Swami over the years. They just boggle the mind about the workings of God in human form.
This Radio station provides a wonderful and unbelievable educational experience for all who may need or want it, whether they believe in God or not. It makes me wonder as to why so many people do not even know about this station or choose not to listen to the daily acounts of God's activities on earth for the many years he has been teaching at Prashanti Nilayam (the abode of highest peace).
A devotee shares experiences about Swami since Swami was 17 yrs old and sharedby a devotee only 8 yrs old--about small amounts of food that miraculously fed 200 hundred plus people, vibuthi or holy ashes that Swami sent through an archaic telephone to a devotee needing vibhuti because of her faith in Swami before having eye surgery, instant healing that was incredible, etc. It reminds us about the miracles of Jesus. What a treat in teaching us about faith in God!
This account of Swami as God was narrated by a person in 2004 who had witnessed the miracle when she was only eight years old. She had been in Swami's presence since then as her father was a friend of Swami who was then only in his teens.
Faith appears to be the hallmark of mostly simple unschooled people more so than those with formal education and are always looking to analyze every act of God before they would accept the genuineness of divinity.
The power of faith in God was clearly demonstrated by an elderly woman when Swami was only seventeen years old. The woman needed Swami's blessings and his vibhuti (sacred ash) before she would undergo eye surgery. Such was her faith in Swami.
This elderly woman in the village where Swami was born had recognized Swami's divinity since he was five years old and treated him as God ever since. She insisted that she was not going to have eye surgery unless Swami had blessed her before the operation. She was afraid that the eye doctor would have ruined her eye sight under surgery.
After reaching Bangalore, she insisted on returning to Puttaparthi where Swami lives in order to get Swami's blessings and vibhuti. The family who had brought her to Bangalore for the surgery insisted that the journey was too strenuous for her and that Swami had already given his blessings, but she insisted that she was not going to have the operation unless she had received his blessings and his vibhuti before the operation.
Swami being omniscient, knew the whole drama and made arrangements to get to a phone to speak with the elderly woman. Swami reached her by phone and asked for the phone to be placed on a piece of paper, whereupon vibhuti appeared to have come through the phone unto the piece of paper to the old woman's satisfaction and she underwent a successful operation.
