What is the bus, maxis, Taxis and ferry situation like this year 2007?

I have heard there are now water taxis between POS and San Fernando. I've also heard of the bendy buses and air conditioned ones. In the Uk the only time you get air conditioned buses is when you hire privately or use coaches. Regular buses and even the tube in London doesn't have air conditioning.

Bus rides in Tdad are cool. Its comfy, safe and usually clean. The only issue is the schedule. Its not like clockwork where u can assume a bus will be there every fifteen mins or half hour. U never know when a bus will arrive so u usually wait and wait until one shows up. Cant speak about the other transport.

Water taxis in TnT? Wow! We have those here. I wonder how safe they are in TnT? We had a gale warning mishap couple years back when the authorities did not heed the weather reports and the taxi capsized with fatalities.

The water taxis from sando to pos not operating yet.
The bus service is a bit more reliable now but in areas with high demand they shud increase amt of buses at certain times like on mornings and after work.
The buses tht I have seen in rural areas like erin and cedros are always ontime and you can stop them anywhere. U can also pay on the bus.
There are no more of the blue long time buses. All have a/c.
I have never travelled in a bus in TnT though.

I recall riding on a bus when the driver didn't notice that the bell was pressed for a passenger to get off. She kept going "driver will you stop the bus please", that did not work. It took another passenger to shout "STOP THE EFFING BUS", at which point the bus screeched to a halt immediately.

the water taxis are supposed to start operations in November - according to Imbert.

the buses are pretty cool, not always on time and look out if there is a PTSC sick out by the drivers

I used a bus this week for the first time in years...its was ok, not as bad as i thought it would be but gosh its cold with the a/c in the early morning...

If anyone's going to have a try on the water taxis, could you let us know how it was? Did they check the weather report before they set out? Were safety features easy to spot like where were the life jackets? Was the ride bumpy or was the view nice? That sort of thing.
