lol..is this a joke? Even though people already know that junk food is bad for you, yuh still see plenty people at KFC. Then again I guess KFC is popular because we trinis really like we chicken.
All foods are bad for you if not taken as medicine for the disease of hunger. It is only the excesses that are bad

Junk food is only bad if you eat it on a regular basis. Just don't take those reports seriously unless you are an abuser.

doh try to pretty it up.. junk food was and is always bad for you... if you eat a little does not make it is good.... that does not change the fact that it bad... a little poison or a lot of poison is poison.

Obviously you haven't heard the proverb "One man's meat is another man's poison." A severve nut allergy makes nuts poison to some. The occasional junk meal will not do lasting harm to many people's health. When I say occasional I mean once or twice a year, keeping portions small and countered by leading an active lifestyle. Active doesn't have to mean extreme sport or an olympic sport regime, 5 walks a week at a brisk/medium pace for at least half an hour or so, done at least 1 or 2 hours after a meal, can be so helpful.
